Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how The Dome MedDental Clinic DMCC ("Dome MedDental", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal data you provide through this Invisalign assessment page. It is written to align with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL").

We collect only the data you choose to give us and a limited set of technical data needed to run the page:

• Data you submit through the enquiry form: your name, phone number, preferred appointment time, and preferred language.
• Data you share when you message us on WhatsApp: your WhatsApp phone number and the content of the messages you send us about your assessment.
• Technical and campaign data collected automatically: campaign attribution parameters carried in the page link (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and a Google click identifier, gclid), your approximate device and browser information, and cookie or pixel identifiers where analytics or advertising measurement tools are used.

We do not ask for clinical or health-record data through this page. Any clinical information is taken directly by the clinic during your in-person assessment and is handled under the clinic's medical records procedures, not through this page.

3. Why we use your data (purpose and legal basis)

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To contact you about your Invisalign enquiry, answer your questions, and arrange or confirm an appropriate appointment.
• To understand which campaigns bring patients to this page, so we can measure and improve our marketing (campaign attribution and analytics).
• To meet our legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.

Our legal basis under the PDPL is your consent, given when you tick the consent box on the form or when you message us on WhatsApp to request your assessment. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 8). Where we process data to meet a legal obligation, we rely on that basis instead of consent.

4. Cookies, pixels, and tracking

This page may use cookies and similar technologies, including an advertising pixel and an analytics tool, to measure how the page performs and to attribute enquiries to the campaign that referred you. These technologies may set identifiers on your device and share limited event data with the relevant advertising or analytics provider. Where required, tracking that is not strictly necessary is loaded only after you consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them will not stop you from booking through WhatsApp or by phone.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties who help us operate this service, and only to the extent needed:

• Our clinic reception and treating clinicians, so they can contact you and plan your visit.
• Our technology and communications providers who process enquiries, messaging, scheduling, and campaign measurement on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
• Regulators, authorities, or professional advisers where we are required to do so by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure your data is protected in line with the PDPL.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your enquiry and to meet applicable clinical, regulatory, legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it securely.

7. How we protect your data

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. Access is limited to staff and providers who need it to serve you.

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your data, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it.
• Withdraw your consent to our use of your data at any time.
• Object to or ask us to restrict certain processing.
• Ask us to stop using your data for marketing.
